Creating a Feedback Rich High-Performance Coaching Culture

Organizations that are able to sustain high performance have developed a culture with certain attributes that set them apart from other organizations.

“In a coaching culture, all members of the culture courageously engage in candid, respectful coaching conversations with one another – unrestricted by reporting relationships – about how they can improve their working relationships and individual and collective work performance.

All have learned to value and effectively use feedback as a powerful learning tool to produce higher levels of personal accountability, professional development,  high-trust working relationships, continually improving job performance and ever-increasing customer satisfaction.  Thomas G. Crane author of “The Heart of Coaching".

Attributes of a High-Performance Coaching Culture:

Our approach to training leaders as coaches is an integrated approach that includes formal training on Transformational Leadership Coaching combined with on the job observation and feedback.  When possible we work with multiple levels of the organization over time to develop coaching skills and to make coaching a common practice in the organization.
