how to build the capacity of their organization to lead
and manage significant change efforts while
accomplishing remarkable business results. Michael has
a proven track record for building understanding and
commitment collaboratively in an organization.
over 30 years experience with E.I. DuPont, in various
roles within manufacturing and Human Resources including
operations, training and development systems, leadership
development, people development, and coaching of leaders
and project teams.
He received a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences
degree from Lamar University with emphasis on
Communication and Organizational Development.
