Donna Dennis, Ph.D.


Donna Dennis, Ph. D., is a Consulting Associate of TLCC, LLC.  Donna has over 30 years of leadership consulting, professional business experience and college teaching.   Over her career she has taught Organization Behavior, Human Resources or Leadership courses as adjunct faculty at the Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania and Rider College.  Donna is a frequent presenter at professional meetings in the area of leadership development and high performing teams. Donna is on the faculty at the American Management Association and teaches in the areas of leadership, teams and diversity.  She is also an Executive in Residence at The Institute for Corporate Productivity in St. Petersburg, Florida.

 Donna’s specialties include:

        Assessment and feedback in a number of areas from group development to individual motivators, personality, and  leadership derailers. 

        Career and transition coaching

        Research reports and “ghost writer” service on HR, Leadership, and Organizational Development topics.

Donna is also a trustee of the Independent College Fund of New Jersey and is a member   of the American Psychological Association, The Organization Development Network, The Human Resources Planning Society and the World Association of Business Coaches.

Donna’s undergraduate and master’s degrees are from the University of Illinois and her Ph.D.  is from The Fielding Institute in Human Development with an emphasis in Adult Learning. She has advanced professional education in the area of leadership assessment career coaching and executive coaching.
